Welcome to 8idn. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 8idn website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

By registering an Account, You represent and warrant that You meet this age requirement. 8idn reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
The Service is intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing and using the Service. Users from other jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing certain features or the entire Service. 8idn employs geo-location technology to verify Your location.
You represent and warrant that You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent You from using the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Service is lawful in Your jurisdiction.
Each User may maintain only one Account with 8idn. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to use Your Account is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any winnings may be voided.
To use the Service, You must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
8idn is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You must provide a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport for verification. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 8idn immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other security breach. 8idn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access unless such access resulted from negligence on Our part.
8idn reserves the right to monitor Account activity for suspicious patterns, fraudulent behavior, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms. We may request additional verification, limit betting amounts, suspend Accounts, or take other protective measures at Our sole discretion.
8idn accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set to promote responsible gaming and may vary based on Account status and payment method. Deposits are generally processed instantly during banking hours. 8idn does not charge fees for deposits, though Your payment provider may impose their own charges.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to Your Account are obtained legally and do not derive from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal sources.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods verified and registered in Your name. You must complete KYC verification before Your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 50,000, and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on Account verification level. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours after approval, though bank processing times may add additional delays.
Before requesting a withdrawal, You must wager Your deposited amount at least once (1x turnover requirement). Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable bonus terms. 8idn reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login or wager) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at 8idn's sole discretion and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Not all Users may be eligible for all bonuses. Each bonus typically has specific eligibility requirements including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. You must read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.
All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 50x the bonus amount or the combined deposit plus bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each bonus's terms.
When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Typical maximum bets range from Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000 per spin or hand, depending on the bonus. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering requirements are active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8idn has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and any other activity that provides an unfair advantage. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts closed, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.
8idn reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. You may forfeit unclaimed or partially cleared bonuses at any time by contacting customer support, though this will also void any winnings attributable to that bonus.
Example: If You claim a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 with a 30x wagering requirement, You must wager Rp 15,000,000 (Rp 500,000 × 30) before You can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. Only eligible game contributions count toward this requirement. Always check the specific terms for each bonus offer.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. Settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections, all selections must win for the bet to pay out; if any selection is voided, the odds for that selection are adjusted to 1.00. Dead heat rules apply where multiple participants tie for a winning position. Incorrect odds or obvious errors (palpable errors) may result in bet voidance regardless of when the error is discovered.
All casino games are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any single session. Random Number Generator (RNG) certified games ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are subject to dealer decisions and casino floor rules; video evidence is final in dispute resolution.
If You are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's specific disconnection rules. For most slots and casino games, the round will complete automatically based on Your previous selections, and results will be recorded in Your Account history. For sports bets, disconnection does not affect placed bets; they remain valid and will be settled according to the event outcome.
8idn reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain games or bet types. Progressive jackpots and some high-volatility slots may have specific maximum payout caps. Details are available in each game's rules or paytable.
In the event of system malfunction, software error, incorrect odds, or any other error that affects game results or bet settlement, all affected bets may be voided at 8idn's discretion, and funds will be returned to Your Account. 8idn is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from technical errors.
8idn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help You maintain control over Your gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on Your Account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately; increase requests will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately. You can set or modify deposit limits through Your Account settings or by contacting customer support.
If You feel that gambling is becoming problematic, You can request self-exclusion from 8idn for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, You will not be able to access Your Account, and We will refuse any attempts to create new Accounts. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the chosen period. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8idn disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at Your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8idn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to You for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount You deposited to Your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8idn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your violation of these Terms, Your use of the Service, or Your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing Your Account, You must withdraw any remaining balance. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; You would need to register a new Account (subject to eligibility requirements and Our right to refuse service).
8idn reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, duplicate Accounts, use of automated betting systems, threatening or abusive behavior toward staff, or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Service.
Upon Account termination, Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. If termination is due to Your breach of these Terms, 8idn may confiscate any remaining balance and void any pending bets or bonuses. If termination is initiated by You or by Us without cause, Your balance will be returned to You following completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any fees or charges owed to 8idn.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined below.
If You have a complaint or dispute, You must first contact 8idn customer support in writing via email to [email protected]. Provide detailed information about the issue including Account details, transaction references, timestamps, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will investigate and respond to Your complaint within 7 business days. If the complaint is complex, We may require up to 30 days for investigation.
If You are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, You may escalate the matter to Our management team by requesting escalation through the support ticket. Management will review the case independently and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
Decisions made by 8idn management regarding disputes are final and binding. By using the Service, You agree to accept 8idn's final decision on all matters relating to Your Account, transactions, bets, and Service usage.
8idn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, Account notification, or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the modified Terms. If You do not agree to the changes, You must stop using the Service and close Your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and 8idn regarding use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
